The following constitute the terms and conditions to which applicants agree when booking any Angel Campus face-to-face training or eLearning courses or when booking a room for sole or multi-user use (Terms and Conditions).

Throughout the terms and conditions the Angel Campus stands for Angel Campus Limited. The Angel Campus reserves the right to review and update these periodically.

1. Registration with the Angel Campus (creating an account)

When booking onto a face-to-face or eLearning training course or when booking a room of any size we require you to register to create an account and provide us with certain information about yourself. In doing this, you agree to:
• Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself or your company as prompted by the registration form
• Maintain and promptly update the data we hold by logging into your account and updating via the internet or phone, email or face to face with one of our personnel.

2. Booking a face-to-face training or eLearning course or room hire

2.1 Face-to-face training, eLearning courses or room hire can be booked via the booking forms avail. You need to be registered with the Angel Campus before you can do this as you will be required to log in or create your account to complete the form if booking via the web.
2.2 When you submit a booking for an online course, your submission represents an offer to the Angel Campus to book you onto the course or to reserve the room you have selected. On submission of the face-to-face training course or eLearning course or room hire form you will receive an automated summary email of your selection.
2.3 The Angel Campus will accept your offer by entering your booking onto the Angel Campus booking system and sending you an email confirming that you have been booked together with information on starting your learning or room booking.

3. Prices, discounts and sales taxes/VAT

3.1 Notice of new pricing will be given in advance, but the Angel Campus reserves the right to change prices listed without notice.
3.2 Loyalty Member discounts are available on face-to-face training or room hire courses. The discount is not available in conjunction with any other offer and places or rooms are subject to availability. Please enquire for more details.
3.3 The face-to-face training course fees include: tuition on the day(s), all relevant course materials, refreshments and lunch / dinner / snacks.
3.4 The room hire booking fees include: room hire, use of WIFI, building facilities, but does not include refreshments or any food. A separate menu will be made available for you to choose from.

4. Payment

4.1 Training fees or room booking hire must be paid at the point of booking via Paypal secure online payment process or by wire transfer or via the telephone. In some cases a deposit may be taken with payment made 14 days  prior to the training session. In cases of room bookings all rooms must be paid for in full and prior to Angel Campus providing written confirmation of your booking.
4.2 All major credit and debit cards are accepted. A receipt and or invoice will be sent to you by email from Paypal confirming payment. Paypal will receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment card and to process your order and is under strict legal and contractual obligations not to disclose this information to third parties. Please note that if you do not provide accurate details (including type of card and number) or if your credit card company does not authorise payment, your application will be deemed void. The Angel Campus will not accept any liability for costs incurred as a result of applications deemed void in this manner.
4.3 Sales taxes (VAT) are charged at the applicable rate depending on the product and/or customer.
4.4 We cannot accept payment, by instalments.

5. Prevailing terms and conditions

Please note that this and all other Angel Campus pre-contractual documentation shall not constitute an offer. All services provided by Angel Campus are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and if you wish to engage any Angel Campus services we shall only provide them if you accept the Terms and Conditions. If you offer to engage Angel Campus on your own terms and conditions then we shall only accept your offer subject to the Terms and Conditions, which shall, if we provide the services you offer to engage, prevail over any other terms and conditions.

6. Angel Campus Learning Academy face-to-face and eLearning courses and room hire

6.1 After booking onto a face-to-face training or eLearning course or room hire you will be given access to the Angel Campus Learning Academy. For eLearning, you will be given a licence period of 90 days when purchasing an individual unit, and 365 days when purchasing an annual licence. For face-to-face training courses, you will be given access until 90 days after the course start date. By using the Learning Academy you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you cannot use the site.
6.2 Whilst we make every effort to keep changes to the site to a minimum, we reserve the right to make any amendments to the terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes affecting our business, including but not limited to, changes in technology, payment methods and legal and regulatory requirements. By continuing to use this site you agree to accept any changes made to the terms and conditions.

7. Ownership and intellectual property rights

All Angel Campus materials, whether on the Angel Campus website or at a Angel Campus training session or day, are owned by the Angel Campus. All intellectual property rights in all materials available from the Angel Campus, including the design, graphics and text of all printed materials and the audio of all webinars and podcasts, are owned by the Angel Campus. When you are given access to the Angel Campus, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Angel Campus materials. No Angel Campus content may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without the Angel Campus prior permission. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of the Angel Campus intellectual property rights.

8. Special requirements at the face-to-face training course

The Angel Campus will make every effort to accommodate special requirements that have been notified in advance on the booking form.

9. Health and safety at the face-to-face training course

You must comply with all health and safety rules and regulations and any other reasonable security requirements that apply at the premises at which the training courses are provided.

10. Invitation letters

Should a participant require an invitation letter from the Angel Campus, we are able to provide this as long as full payment of the training course fee has been received. The Angel Campus is not able to act on behalf of the participant and is not responsible for any costs incurred by failure to obtain a full visa.

11. Behaviour

The Angel Campus reserves the right to remove any delegate from a training course whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by the Angel Campus or its trainers. In these circumstances, the Angel Campus will neither refund any fees nor reimburse any other costs.

12. Trainers

The Angel Campus shall provide such trainers to present the training course as it, in its sole discretion, deems fit and the Angel Campus shall be entitled at any time to substitute any trainer with any other person who, in the Angel Campus sole discretion, it deems suitably qualified to present the relevant course.

13. Liability

The Angel does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information in, or views expressed on, its training courses including course materials. Opinions expressed are those of individual trainers and not necessarily those of the Angel Campus. Participants should take professional advice when dealing with specific situations.

14. Technology

The Angel Campus does not warrant that the provision of any content online will always be available or be uninterrupted, timely or error free, that defects will be corrected or that such content is secure or free from bugs, viruses, errors and omissions.

15. Joining Instructions

Joining instructions including an outline of the day and venue details will be available prior to the course start date via the Angel Campus website. The Angel Campus will not be held responsible for non-receipt of joining instructions and refunds will not be issued under such circumstances.

16. Cancellation

16.1 Cancellation of a face-to-to face training course
If you need to cancel your place on the training course, you must notify the Angel Campus (AC) via email or phone more than 7 days before the course start date. You will receive a full refund less an admin fee of 20% (plus VAT) of the course fee. If you cancel your place less than 7 days before the course start date, you will not be entitled to a refund.
16.2 Substituting your face-to-face training course place
If you need to substitute your place on a training course, you must notify the AC via email. If the AC is notified more than 7 days before the course start date there will be no charge. Any substitutions made less than 7 days before the course start date will incur a £50 admin fee.
16.3 Transferring your place
If you can no longer attend the training course you are entitled to transfer your booking onto the next training course that has availability. The transfer option only applies to delegates who are transferring to a different date for the same course and the date must be specified at the time of the transfer. The transfer is free of charge if you notify the AC via email more than 7 days before the course start date.
• Transfers made 7 days prior to a course will be charged at 20% of the course fee plus a £50 admin fee
• Transfers made 1-7 days prior to a course will be charged at 50% of the course fee plus a £50 admin fee
Please note once you have transferred your booking you will not be entitled to a refund and you cannot transfer your place more than once.
16.4 Cancellation of an eLearning course
Once you have booked onto an eLearning course you have up to 14 days from the purchase date to cancel your booking and receive a full refund provided that the eLearning has not been accessed. After the 14 days, or if the eLearning has been accessed you will not be entitled to any refund, nor will you be able to transfer your eLearning to another person or onto another eLearning course.
16.5 Changes and/or Cancellation by the Angel Campus
Where circumstances dictate, the Angel Campus reserves the right to alter published programmes, trainers, fees, dates or venues without prior notice. In extreme circumstances, the AC may be forced to cancel a course on 28 days’ notice. In that case a refund of the course fee will be made but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred (for example travel, accommodation etc). We therefore recommend that you refrain from incurring any costs of travel or accommodation until 28 days before the course, or otherwise obtain insurance for those costs.
16.6 Non-attendance
If you fail to attend the course you are booked onto without giving prior notice to the AC, we will be unable to refund the course fees or offer a transfer.
16.7 Cancellation of a room hire or event booking
If you need to cancel your room hire or event booking, you must notify the Angel Campus via email or phone more than 14 days before the room hire or event hire start date. You will receive a full refund less an admin fee of 20% (plus VAT) of the room or event hire fee. If you cancel your room or event hire booking less than 14 days before the course start date, you will not be entitled to a refund.

17. Damage and theft

17.1 Any damage to the Angel Campus building, contents, devices, machinery, library irrespective of extent or value will be invoiced to the individual or company who make the original booking.

17.2 Theft of any items within the Angel Campus will be reported to the Police and the Angel Campus will prosecute to the fullest degree where possible

17.3 Personal belongings are the responsibility of the person who owns the belongings or who is entrusted with such belongings.  Angel Campus has no responsibility for any personal belongings.

18. Personal welfare

18.1  You are responsible for your own safety and well-being within the Angel Campus Building.

18.2  Should you fall ill or be unable to continue with a training course or room booking, inform the Angel Campus staff immediately.

18.3  You are required to look after your fellow course or room attendees and to inform Angel Campus of any suspect, untoward activity or signs of poor health.

19. CCTV

19.1  The Angel Campus is protected by CCTV.  We will only use such images if required.  We will not store images for any longer than one calendar month.  

19.2 There are no CCTV cameras in areas where a person may be required to remove clothing to undertake a training session or demonstration.  In the event a training session is delivered within an area where CCTV cameras are in place, we will take the measure to block such camera’s from being used.
